Kim Le-Henderson

Project Developer

Kim Le-Henderson is truly a neighbor of many customers of The Burke Company. She has been a resident of East Dallas for many years and has a comprehensive understanding of the neighborhood’s homes and style.

Kim is a licensed real estate agent and prior to joining The Burke Company, she prided herself on helping clients find the right home or achieving the highest market potential when selling their home. Before working in real estate, she was in advertising, working as a product stylist, which contributed to her eye for a home’s greatest strengths. Her combination of creativity coupled with an innate knowledge of the industry has resulted in skills and experience that specifically apply to The Burke Company’s clientele.


Cole Knight

Project Manager

Like his brother Clay, who works as a project manager at The Burke Company, Cole Knight can truly relate to the Dallas neighborhoods and homeowners he has the pleasure of working with. Having grown up in Dallas and in the construction industry (his father and two brothers are all in the business), Cole has unique insight into how to accomplish his clients’ remodeling goals.

Before joining The Burke Company, Cole worked as a heavy equipment operator at a demolition company and then for eight years, he worked as a subcontractor doing carpentry on Burke projects. When he’s not making Dallas homes more beautiful, he enjoys golf, fishing and coaching youth football.


Liz Spiewak

Office Manager

Liz Spiewak is a talented and accomplished architect who brings years of experience to her position at The Burke Company. For almost 20 years, she has managed projects, developed designs and construction/permit drawings and efficiently handled invoicing, expenses and fee proposals. Her architecture and organization skills have benefited firms from Los Angeles to Arizona to Dallas, including her own consulting firm for six years prior to joining The Burke Company.

A graduate of the University of Arizona, Liz is a big fan of UA basketball. When she’s not keeping The Burke Company projects on track, cheering on the Wildcats or raising her twin daughters, Liz enjoys painting watercolors, watching movies and reading.
